Its the start of the english premiership season as ARSENAL'S Bacary Sagna has managed to walk
away from a sickening fall after landing on his
neck while trying to head the ball away from his
opponent.
The accident occurred during Arsenal's first game of
the Premier League season yesterday, which the
gunners lost 3-1.
In the 90th minute of the game Sagna leapt to head
the ball away from Aston Villa's Christian Benteke, but
flipped over and fell head first onto the pitch.
Amazingly, he was able to walk away from the
incident.
The fall topped off a nightmare match for Arsene
Wenger's team, with other players Kieran Gibbs,
Aaron Ramsey and Tomas Rosicky all suffering injuries. French defender Bacary Sagna could miss Arsenal's midweek Chmpions League qualifier after being injured following a horrible fall at the Emirates on Saturday.
Sagna did walk away from the incident, which is lucky considering the horrible nature of the fall which could well have caused him serious neck and back damage.
Let's hope Sagna recovers fully from the nasty incident!Welcome back to the english league boys!
